3. Ozone Treatment: Portable ozone generators are often used to neutralize odors by producing ozone, which reacts chemically with odor-causing molecules, breaking them down and eliminating the smell. However, ozone treatment should be done by professionals in unoccupied spaces as ozone can be harmful to humans and pets if inhaled in high concentrations.

4. Fogging: This method involves using a thermal or cold fogger to disperse a deodorizing agent in the form of fog throughout the property. The fog penetrates porous surfaces, where odor-causing particles may be trapped, and neutralizes them.
